ANDREW KARIGAN RANKED NUMBER ONE AGENT FOR PRUDENTIAL CALIFORNIA REALTY’S NEWPORT BEACH & CORONA DEL MAR OFFICES FOR 2008 !!
Andrew Karigan has just been ranked number one realtor for Prudential’s Newport Beach real estate office for 2008 based on his individual production for the year. He has also just achieved Prudential’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award for 2008. This award ranks Karigan in the TOP 1% of sales professionals in the Prudential Real Estate Networks nation wide. He is also ranked in the TOP 25 producers in Orange County. He attributes his success to his strong and loyal clientele which he has developed since his start in real estate. This includes several professional athletes who have worked with him to sell and buy properties. His strong work ethic and determination have paid off and the awards that he achieved demonstrate another year of success in real estate. 2008 has also proven to be Karigan’s best year ever in real estate with more achievements to come.
As a Coastal Estate Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist with Prudential California Realty, Karigan primarily works with buyers in the areas of Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, and South Orange County. Karigan, who obtained a master’s degree of business administration in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), also attended the Oxford Centre for Management Studies in the United Kingdom as well as Management Centre Europe in Brussels, Belgium. This was an integral part of his master’s program. He did research and participated in seminars in European business and politics. Karigan also graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a minor in French. He also studied abroad at L’Université de Nice in France in conjunction with his studies at UC-Berkeley.
Karigan recently represented buyers from Sydney, Australia who were relocating with Boeing and purchasing their first home in the USA. After their purchase in Newport Coast was completed, the buyers commented:
